GCSECA Approves Co-op Month Proclamation

Grand Canyon State Electric Cooperative Association at their board of director's meeting on September 1 approved a proclamation declaring October as Cooperative Month. The proclamation also mentions the fact that 2012 has been declared as the International Year of Cooperatives.
